• DO: Apply a cold compress gently to reduce swelling. Stay hydrated. Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night.
• DON'T: Engage in strenuous exercise, drink alcohol, or expose yourself to extreme heat (like saunas) for the first 24-48 hours, as this can increase swelling.
• DON'T: Apply makeup, lipstick, or lip gloss to the area for at least 24 hours to prevent infection.

These will completely numb the lips from the inside out. These local lidocaine injections are more commonly known as "dental blocks" and are similar to the ones dentist perform when they are filling cavities.

We select the specific product based on its properties—some are softer and better for hydration, while others provide more structure and lift.

A: This depends on the filler used, the amount of filler placed, and your individual metabolism. Typically, lip fillers last between 6 and 12 months. A genral rule of thumb is that 1/2 a syringe (0.5ml) lasts 6 months and a full 1ml syringe lasts 9 to 12 months.
